Lightweight Champion Katie Taylor Victorious in an Action-packed Weekend

Ireland’s Katie Taylor (18-0, 6 KO’s) retained the undisputed women’s lightweight championship winning a decision over Natasha Jonas this past Saturday in Manchester. On the same card, Campbell Hatton, son of British boxing legend Ricky Hatton improved to 2-0.

Stateside, Jr. Middleweights Sebastian Fundora (17-0-1) and Jorge Cota (30-5) went toe-to-toe for 4 rds with Fundora winning by TKO. On the same card, Featherweight Eduardo Ramirez (25-2-3) won by 3rd TKO over his opponent Isaac Avelar.
