TERMS & CONDITIONS – BOGO 75% OFF ON APPAREL

1. Promotion Period

● The BOGO 75% Off promotion is valid from March 3, 2025, to March 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).

● This offer applies only to eligible apparel items and is available exclusively on https://rivalboxing.com.au/pages/bogo75 and participating retail locations.

2. How It Works

● Add two (2) eligible apparel items to your cart.

● The item of equal or lesser value will receive a 75% discount automatically at checkout.

● If one item is removed from the cart, the system will adjust the discount accordingly.

3. Eligible Products

● This offer applies only to apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jackets, shorts, and other designated clothing items.

● Exclusions:

○ The promotion does not apply to boxing gear, gloves, shoes, accessories, custom products, or already discounted items.

○ Gift cards, limited-edition items, and third-party brands are also excluded.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

● The discount applies only to the lowest-priced item in the cart.

● The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.

● The discount does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.

● The offer is valid while supplies last—no rainchecks or substitutions will be provided.

● Rival Boxing Gear reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Returns & Exchanges

● If a customer returns an item purchased in this promotion:

○ The discounted item must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.

○ If the full-priced item is kept but the discounted item is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the original price of the kept item.

● Refunds will be processed according to Rival’s standard return policy https://rivalboxing.com.au/policies/refund-policy.

6. Other Terms

● The promotion is for individual consumers only and is not valid for wholesale or bulk orders.

● The offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

● In case of pricing errors, Rival Boxing Gear reserves the right to correct any discrepancies and refuse fraudulent transactions.
