Terms and Conditions for the Customization Campaign:  (December 26)

 

 

Promotion Overview

This promotion offers customers a unique, one-day-only opportunity to customize their Guerrero Gloves & Evolution Sparring Gloves with personalized colors, initials, and texts.

 

 

Offer Details

  1. Customization Availability:

    • The customization service is available exclusively on December 26, 2025, for 24 hours.

  2. Discounts:

    • Products included in this promotion are available at 25% off the regular price in Canada, the USA, the UK, Spain and Australia during the campaign.

  3. Eligible Products:

    • Custom RS11V Evolution Sparring Glove

    • Custom Sparring Glove – Lace

    • Custom Sparring Glove – Velcro

 

 

Order Process

  1. Order Confirmation:

    • Upon placing an order, our customer service team will contact you within 5–10 business days to confirm the details of your customization request.

  2. Design Approval:

    • A digital mockup of your gloves will be sent for approval. Customers are entitled to one modification only to the design before final approval.

  3. Production Timeline:

    • Once the design is approved and payment is processed, the gloves will enter the production queue.

    • Production can take up to 12–15 weeks to complete.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers have 7 days to cancel their orders.
    • Orders canceled after the creation of the mockup will incur a $100 design fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

 

Important Notes

  1. Agreement Confirmation:

    • By completing an order, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  2. Delivery:

    • Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and communicated at checkout based on the customer’s location.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Custom products are non-refundable once production begins.

    • Refunds are available only if the order is canceled before production and within the 7-day order window (see "Cancellation Policy" part), minus any applicable design fees.

  4. Warranty: 

    • Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the product. It is recommended to review the specific warranty details for each item.

  5. Limitation of Liability:

    • Rival Boxing Gear Canada shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products. The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
